At Essential Gear ID, we stand by the durability and functionality of our products. We offer repair services for reasonable wear and tear to ensure your gear continues to serve you well. Please review the terms and conditions below:

1. Eligibility for Repair

  • Repairs are available for Essential Gear ID products only.

  • Covers reasonable wear and tear, including stitching issues, hardware malfunctions, and minor material fraying.

  • Does not cover damage due to improper use, accidents, extreme environmental exposure, or unauthorized modifications.

2. Repair Process

  • Customers must submit a repair request via our website or customer service.

  • Proof of purchase may be required.

  • We will assess the condition and determine whether the item qualifies for repair.

  • If the damage falls outside reasonable wear and tear, we may offer repair services at a cost, which will be quoted before proceeding.

3. Turnaround Time

  • Standard repairs typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on complexity.

  • We will inform you of any delays due to material availability or other factors.

4. Costs & Shipping

  • Repairs due to manufacturing defects are free of charge.

  • Wear and tear repairs may incur a fee, which will be communicated before proceeding.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from our repair facility unless covered under warranty.

5. Limitations

  • Some repairs may not be possible if materials are discontinued or damage is beyond reasonable restoration.

  • We reserve the right to decline repairs that do not meet our eligibility criteria.
