We want you to be fully satisfied with your Essential Gear ID purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 45 days of the purchase date.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

Final sale or clearance items.

Products that show signs of wear or damage.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
